All things Muslim - incredible stories & positive vibes

Welcome to Ummah Sonic

Ummah Sonic isn’t your average radio station.

This Ramadan, we’re bringing you 30 different shows, one for each day of the holy month. Ramadan is a time for reflection, and whilst fasting helps us empathise with the poor and those less fortunate than ourselves it’s the time of the year when we are expected and encouraged to become more ‘God conscious’. It’s not just about undertaking good deeds for the Holy month, but ensuring that our lives actually change for the good once Ramadan is over.

We promise to deliver a scintillating and eclectic selection of guests, all giving their own slant on what Ramadan means to them and how it affects them, and there’ll be interviews and features on all kinds of topics that reflect on what it means to be young, Muslim, and living in Britain.
