Hijab is the Hottest New Trend on the Catwalk
We could not contain ourselves with excitement this week when Anniesa Hasibuan blew the roof off at the New York Fashion Week catwalk. The Indonesian designer included hijab clad models in her entire collection, making history and delighting crowds all over the world.
The Spring Summer 2017 collection D’Jakarta featured flowing skirts and cool trousers in silk, lace and chiffon in a range of delicious pastels that had us craving summer all over again.
From day time outfits to stand out evening pieces so intricate and luxurious, this collection is truly one of a kind. We certainly hope to see similar at all the fashion weeks across the world. Here are a few of our favourite looks from the show.
